A few things that are specific to here
Concrete block walls
A lot of Palm Beach County housing stock is concrete block rather than timber-framed drywall. It changes everything about mounting: different bits, different anchors, more time, and no chance of fishing a cable through the cavity. When you tell us the wall type up front we quote it correctly instead of discovering it on your living room floor.
Salt air and outdoor hardware
Anything mounted outside within a few miles of the water needs stainless or properly coated fixings, or it will bleed rust down your wall within a season. If you are buying the hardware for an outdoor job, that is the one thing worth spending a little more on.
Condo and HOA rules
Plenty of buildings here have rules about work hours, elevator use, and what can be fixed to a shared wall. If you are in a condo, check with your association before you book so we are not turned away at the desk. Tell us if there is a service elevator to reserve.
