The leak is fixed, the area is dry, and the adjuster has been out. Now somebody has to put the house back together. We handle the finish repairs on covered losses: drywall, ceilings, paint, trim, doors, cabinets and fixtures. Every job comes with an itemized estimate, before-and-after photos and an invoice that is easy to share with your carrier.

Scope

What we repair after a loss.

We are the finish crew. We come in after the emergency is over and the area is dry, and we make the room look like nothing happened.

What we handle

  • Drywall and ceiling patches after water damage has been dried
  • Texture matching and paint to blend the repair
  • Baseboard, door casing, trim and quarter round
  • Interior doors, jambs, hinges and hardware
  • Cabinet doors, hinges, toe kicks and drawer fronts
  • Re-installing towel bars, mirrors, blinds, shelving and TVs after mitigation
  • Light fixture and ceiling fan swaps on existing wiring
  • Screens, weatherstripping and thresholds

What we do not handle

  • Water extraction, dry-out or mold remediation
  • Roofing and roof claims
  • Structural, electrical circuit or plumbing re-pipe work
  • Permitted rebuilds and large-loss reconstruction
  • Negotiating your claim or interpreting your policy

If your job is bigger than finish work, we will tell you on the first call and point you toward a licensed contractor or mitigation company. Call (561) 486-6812 if you are not sure.

How it works

Paperwork done right, from the first photo.

1

Send us the damage

Photos of the damaged area, plus the adjuster’s estimate if you have one. Tell us what caused it and whether a mitigation company has already dried it out.

2

Get an itemized estimate

We visit, measure and send a written estimate broken out by room and line item, so you and your adjuster can compare it to the scope side by side. Nothing starts until you approve it.

3

We repair and document

We photograph the area before, during and after the work. You get a final invoice with the photos attached, ready to share with your carrier. Labor is covered for 30 days.

Straight answers

How we work with insurance.

You are our customer. We do the repair work, document it carefully and give you the paperwork. We do not act as a public adjuster, we do not negotiate your claim, and we never offer to waive or pay your deductible. Florida law is strict about this, and it protects you.

For adjusters, property managers and restoration companies: if you need a dependable finish crew for small-loss repairs in Palm Beach County, call (561) 486-6812 or send the job through the form below. We take referral and subcontract work, keep photo records on every job and stick to the approved scope.

Insurance repair questions

Before you call.

Do you work directly with my insurance company?

You are our customer, not the carrier. We give you an itemized estimate, photos and a final invoice in a format adjusters are used to reading, and you can share them with your carrier or adjuster. If your adjuster wants to talk through our scope or prices, we are happy to take that call with your permission.

Should I file a claim for this damage?

That is a decision for you and your insurance agent. We do not advise on whether to file, what your policy covers, or how much you should receive. We price and do the repair work. For help with the claim itself, talk to your agent, your carrier, or a licensed public adjuster.

Can you match the adjuster's estimate?

Send us the adjuster's estimate and we will price the same scope line by line. Where our price or scope differs, we show you exactly which lines and why, so you can raise it with your carrier if you choose.

Will you cover my deductible?

No. Florida law prohibits contractors from offering to waive, rebate or pay a deductible, and we would not do it anyway. You get our real price, in writing, before work starts.

Can I sign the claim over to you?

For residential policies issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2023, Florida law no longer allows post-loss assignment of benefits. Your claim stays yours. You pay us for the work when it is finished, the same as any other job, and your carrier pays you under your policy.

The water is still there. Can you start now?

Not yet. Standing water, wet drywall and possible mold need a licensed water mitigation company to extract, dry and test first. Once the area is dry and cleared, we come in for the rebuild and finish work.
