A typical visit checklist
- Test smoke and CO alarms, replace batteries you supply
- Check under sinks and around toilets for slow leaks
- Re-caulk tubs, showers and sinks where needed
- Tighten loose handles, hinges, towel bars and railings
- Adjust sticking doors, cabinets and drawers
- Test GFCI outlets; replace an A/C filter you supply
- Hurricane-season check of shutter hardware and anchors
- Your own list of small jobs, in the same visit
Questions about the plan
Do I have to pay up front?
No. There is no sign-up fee and nothing is charged automatically. You pay after each visit, like any other job.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Just call or text us. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
What if my visit needs more time?
If your list runs longer than two hours, you pay the member rate for the extra time in 30-minute increments, and we always ask before going over.
Do parts cost extra?
Yes. Parts specific to your home, like filters, bulbs or batteries, are extra. You can supply them, or we pick them up and add the receipt.
