The 30-day labor warranty
Plain terms, so you know exactly what is covered before you book.
What is covered
For 30 days after we complete a job, our workmanship is guaranteed. If something we installed, mounted, assembled or repaired fails because of how we did it — a bracket that works loose, a shelf that sags, an assembly that was not squared properly, a repair that does not hold — call us and we will come back and put it right at no charge for the labor.
What is not covered
- Parts, brackets, fixtures or materials that you supplied. Those carry their own manufacturer warranty.
- Damage from misuse, overloading, or someone else adjusting our work afterwards.
- Ordinary wear and tear.
- Pre-existing problems with the wall, floor or fixture that we flagged to you at the time.
- Storm, flood, impact or pest damage.
How to make a claim
Call (561) 486-6812 within 30 days of the job and describe what happened. A photo helps. We will schedule a return visit — usually within a few working days — and there is no charge for our time or for the common hardware needed to correct it.
What we will not do
We will not argue with you about whether a failure is our fault when it plainly is. If it is genuinely not our workmanship — the shelf held 40 pounds of books fine and then someone put a television on it — we will tell you that honestly, and quote you fairly to fix it.
Something we did not hold up?
Call us. Thirty days, no charge, no argument.
